OUTLOOK AVAILABILITY- 8 computers with PC Office software & 4 club computers with Macintosh Office software. You may want to bring your own computer.
COURSE DESCRIPTION - Two 75 minute classes on how to set up an email account on your computer using Microsoft Outlook 2016 or Office 365. It covers the basics of using email- sending, receiving, saving, sorting, and deleting. It covers sending and receiving attachments and making rules to delete junk mail. The course includes setting up contacts in an address book and working with the calendar and tasks.
COURSE MATERIALS – Bring a personal Flash drive for transporting files between the classroom and home.
