Apple Tech Help Clinic
In an effort to provide access to these clinics for as many club members as possible, we have gone to an application system for signing up to attend these clinics. These help sessions are a very special effort to provide assistance to everyone who seeks it, and we appreciate your cooperation in abiding by this process.

Class Description:

This clinic is designed to help you with issues on Apple devices and is for all knowledge levels. You may bring your own device or use one of our Macs.

Please bring your Apple ID and Apple ID password to class!
If you don't know your Apple ID and Password we can help with the recovery process.

This class will not cover any third party programs from Microsoft or Android that are installed on an Apple device. This includes Outlook mail, Yahoo Mail, AOL Mail, Magic Mail, Word, Excel, etc. Exceptions to this are Libre Office and Gmail.

Some issues that we can help with:

• Learn the excellent Passwords app to create and store your passwords securely, for easy access on Mac or iOS.
• How to identify and change all of your passwords that have been compromised in data breaches.
• How to setup Face ID for easy and secure login to devices and websites. 
• Setup iCloud Mail, the free and secure email app that is build in and works seamlessly with all of your Apple devices. 
• Apple Watch help. 
• How to create Folders to organize your Files and Desktop. 
• Setup Time Machine Backup on the Mac with an external drive to protect your files.
• How to use Apple Pay.
• Apple TV, the best streaming device and Home Hub.
• How to format and work with USB external drives.
• Safari Browser configurations for convenience and browsing security.
• How to setup iCloud to sync your devices.
