Google Chrome is a simple, fast, secure and free web browser.  First released on September 2, 2008, for Microsoft Windows, Chrome has been recognized as the most used browser worldwide since 2012. It is now also available for Linux, macOS, iOS and Android systems. It is the heart and soul of Chromebooks, the most popular computer used in schools. Google adds new features and improvements to Chrome every 2 to 3 months, which helps ensure that it will remain as the most popular browser well into the future.

While Chrome is easy to start using, there are plenty of features, tools, settings, extensions and themes to choose from in the Chrome Web Store, allowing you to remodel Chrome into your personal browser.
