COURSE ENROLLMENT - Enrollment for this class is limited to 12 students. For both PC & Mac users.
COURSE LOCATION - Silicon room at the HOA2 Arts and Crafts Center
WORD AVAILABILITY- 8 computers with PC Office software & 4 club computers with Macintosh Office software. You may want to bring your own computer.
PREREQUISITES – Own Microsoft Office 2016 or 365
COURSE DESCRIPTION - One 75-minute session.
This is a course designed to teach the student how to use the Mailings section of the Microsoft WORD 2016 program. The course will include creating envelopes, labels, and merging data with documents, labels, envelopes, and email messages. Students will merge data by creating a Word data list and from text files. Students will generate example holiday letters, labels, and envelopes.
COURSE MATERIALS- Have a personal Flash drive for transporting files between the classroom and home.
