1:00PM - What's New in Google Chrome

What’s New in Google Chrome?

Google Chrome is a free web browser, recognized as the most used browser worldwide for the last three years.  First released on September 2, 2008, for Microsoft Windows, Chrome is now also available for Linux, macOS, iOS and Android systems.

This class meets once weekly for two weeks and will be taught using the classroom desktop PCs with Windows 10 Home 1803 installed. You may alternatively bring your own laptop and connect to the classroom wireless network. Please bring a personal flash drive with at least 0.5GB of free space to copy the class materials for home use.

Google is continuously adding new features and improvements to Google Chrome, which helps ensure that it will remain as the most popular browser well into the future.

While Chrome is easy to start using, there are plenty of features, tools, settings, extensions and themes (from the chrome webstore) to choose from and modify Chrome into your perfect browser. Why settle for second best?
